Who the loop suits – and where its limits are
The loop is a ride, not a hike: three to four days of five to eight hours on a motorbike, over passes with hairpins, gravel patches and oncoming traffic. As a pillion passenger you need no riding experience, but a back that tolerates hours on the seat and the willingness to keep going in rain. All four products rate themselves “suitable for all fitness levels”; QT explicitly advises against it for pregnant travellers and people with spinal or cardiovascular conditions.
The loop starts in Ha Giang City, about 300 km north of Hanoi. Two of the four offers take you there by bus, two expect you in Ha Giang. That is the first real difference, not the operator's name.
What the loop is not: a private tour with a custom programme. The stops – Bac Sum Pass, the Heaven Gate near Quan Ba, Tham Ma Pass, the Hmong King's Palace, Lung Cu flag tower, Ma Pi Leng Pass, the Nho Que river, Du Gia – are nearly identical across all four products. The differences lie in the order, the number of nights and what is in the price.
Three options for three kinds of trip

ZGO – Easy Rider, 3 days, bus from Hanoi
The Hanoi–Ha Giang bus is included, and the return can go to Hanoi, the airport, Sapa or Ninh Binh. Three nights, boat on the Nho Que, English-speaking guide. The same product's self-driving option is USD 59 cheaper – that is the “from” price Viator displays.
Main limitation: The booking date is the Hanoi pickup day; the loop starts the next day. Border-area permit not included.

Four riding days with an extra night in Meo Vac, Lung Khuy cave and Sa Ly Pass. The only product that states bike damage cover and a free dorm bed on arrival by night bus. You book the transfer yourself; QT arranges it on request.
Main limitation: Bus Hanoi–Ha Giang and back not included; add to budget. One option only (Easy Rider).
